The entry window for the Essex Digital Awards 2015 is to close in one week.
Applications have been pouring in for the second EDAs – backed by the Essex Chronicle newspaper group – which was set-up to celebrate the online achievements of businesses, schools and charities from across the county.
With ten categories and an entry system which takes less than two minutes to complete, the EDAs has built-up an outstanding following since launching in 2014.
Headline Sponsor of the awards is Lookers Volvo Colchester, Associate Sponsor is Freelance SEO Essex and Key Supporter is Essex Chambers of Commerce.
Andy Pritchard from Premio64, the organisation behind the awards revealed he has been “blown away” by the number of entries received and is expecting many more before the closing date on February 20, 2015.
He added: “If you haven’t yet made you entry there is still a week to do so.
“With the prospect of winning an EDA and the publicity to be had through our media partner the Essex Chronicle, it’s a no brainer.”
There are ten categories including “Website”, “Responsive Website”, “Blog”, “Use of Social Media for Business”, “Use of Video for Business”, “Online Marketing Campaign”, “School, Education or Charity Website”, “Small Business Website”, “Online Business” and “Mobile App”.
Gold, Silver and Bronze awards will be presented at the Winners’ Evening at Weston Homes Community Stadium, Colchester, on April 23, 2015.
