Playtech is the e-gaming software company founded in 1999 in Estonia. The company provides software for online gambling such as casino, poker, bingo; games design; data-driven optimisations. Playtech operates in 17 counties with over 5000 employees. The company provides management systems, gaming products and software solutions.

Playtech Plc is offering financial solutions for gambling companies, venues under the umbrella of TradeTech group. TradeTech Group is offering back-office systems (CRM Back Office, Sales Platform Application, Retention Platform Application, Client Portfolio Management), business intelligence reporting, partner management.

Cross-Product Suite

Playtech has developed the Playtech One solution to deliver operators the best user-friendly and innovative account and wallet for all games. The first cross-product suite of the company was Age of the Gods which was awarded as the game of the year.

Playtech Board of Directors

Alan Jackson is the chairman of the board of directors since 2013. Previously Alan was Deputy Chairman and Senior Non-executive Director at Redrow plc. He fulfills several positions in the leisure industry with over 40 years experience.

More Weizer is Chief Executive Officer of the Playtech since may 2017. He previously was acting the role of CEO of Techplay Marketing, one of the Group’s subsidiaries. His other position in the company is including the role of the chair of Management Board.

Andrew Smith is Chief Financial Officer since 2017 and joined the company in 2015 as head of investor relations department. He is the member of the Audit Committee and the Risk & Compliance Committees.

Andrew Thomas was elected to the board of directors in 2012. His other positions in the company are including the role of chairman in the Audit Committee, the member of Nomination and Risk & Compliance Committees.

John Jackson is the member of the board of directors since 2016. Previously he was Group Chief Executive at Jamie Oliver Holdings Limited. His other obligations in the company including the role of the member of Audit Committee, Risk & Compliance Committee.

Claire Milne is fulfilling the role of non-executive director since July 2016. She has over 20 years of experience in gaming, law and she is also an in-house and private practice lawyer. Claire is a member of the Audit Committee and Nominations Committee.

Susan Ball was elected to the board of directors of Play tech in August 2018. Her other obligations in the company including the role of a member in Audit Committee, Risk & Compliance Committee.

Ian Penrose is a non-executive director of the company since September 2018. His other positions are acting as a chairman in the Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee.
