The executive chairman of OPAP Kamil Ziegler is the graduate of the Southern Graduate School of Banking at the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He took several executive positions such as an Executive Director for Finance at Komercni banka, deputy CEO at Czech Savings Bank, Chairman of the Board and CEO in the Czech state-owned Consolidation Bank, Chairman of the Board and CEO in Raiffeisenbank Czech Republic.

Having over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry Damian Cope is Chief Executive Officer of OPAP since July 2016. Before joining the company, he worked in several companies such as Ladbrokes Plc, Sportium Apuestas Deportiva, Gala Coral Group, Rank Group Plc and Blue Square.

Spyros Focus is vice-chairman and non-executive director of the company. Beside of serving to the OPAP, he also is a member of the Hellenic Maritime Law Association as well as Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc.

Vice-president and non-executive director Pavel Horak holds the position of Chief Investment Officer and partner of EMMA Capital. He held positions in the Home Credit Group, PPF Group, and Deloitte & Touche.

Michal Houst joined the company as an executive member of the board of directors in 2013. Michal started a professional career in JM Engineering lately and joined PPF Russia. His recent appointment was in the EMMA Group as Investment Director.

Pavel Sarech serves as a non-executive member of OPAP. His other obligations are acting as a member of the board of directors of SAZKA Group a.s., KKCG investment group KKCG AG. Pavel graduated from the University of Economics, Prague.

Non-executive member Christos Kopelouzos also acting as Co-CEO of Copelouzos Group. He has a master degree in the field of Investment & Financial Risk Management at the City University.

Stylianos Kostopoulos is a non-executive member of OPAP. Previously, he served in the Aegean Oil as well as EMMA DELTA VCIC. He graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Non-executive member Marco Sala is acting as Chief Executive Officer of International Game Technology PLC. Prior to this, he worked for GTECH S.p.A. several positions such as Chief Executive Officer, Co-General Manager, Managing Director.

The non-executive member of OPAP Robert Chvatalç started his professional career in 1991 as a Brand Manager in Procter & Gamble. After he took several executive roles in the companies such as Lancaster/Coty (Reckitt-Benckiser Group), T-Mobile Czech Republic, Slovak Telecom in T-Mobile Slovakia, T-Mobile Austria, Sazka Group. Recently he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Sazka Group.

Rudolf Jurcik is an independent non-executive member of the company. His other obligation is including the role of Owner and Executive Director of the Prestige Oblige. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer of MAF Hospitality (Property) and President of the Oberoi International Group.

Igor Rusek is an independent non-executive member of the board of the OPAP. Additionally, he is Chief Executive Officer of ATAG PCS Ltd, as well as chairman of the ATAGs Compliance Audit Team.

An independent non-executive of the company Dimitrakis Potamitis graduated from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Dimitrakis worked in several companies in his professional career such as PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited, Aegean Baltic Bank S.A, Resolute Asset Management S.A., and Ηellenic Accounting and Auditing Standards Oversight Board.

Based on the announcement of substantial holdings of Law 3556/2007, Emma Delta Hellenic Holdings Limited holds 33% and the percentage of free float stands at 67% of the total share capital of OPAP S.A.
