Tatts Group is known in wagering, lotteries, and online gaming industry that founded in 1881 in Sydney, Australia. The company history started with horse racings and since 1895 Tatts Group operated its first lottery. Tatts Group is one of the worlds largest company with over three million registered customers and over 170,000 shareholders.

Tatts Group Board of Directors

Harry Boon is chairman and a non-executive director of Tatts Group Ltd. He was elected to the board of directors in May 2005. Prior to this, Harry was CEO of Ansell Limited and Toll Holdings Limited. His other assignments in the company are acting as a chairman of the Governance and Nomination Committee and the member of the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee.

Robbie Cooke is Chief Executive Officer and Managing director since January 2013. Robbie took several managing roles in the Wotif Group, UNiTAB and HSBC James Capel and MIM Holdings Limited.

Lyndsey Cattermole is a non-executive director of the Tatts Group Ltd. Previously, she took a position of director and founder of Aspect Computing Pty Limited and director of Kaz Group Limited. Brian Jamieson joined the company as a non-executive director in May 2005. With over 30 years of experience, he took several positions in the Minter Ellison, KPMG Melbourne and Southern Regions. Currently, he is Chairman of Mesoblast Limited and Sigma Pharmaceuticals Limited.

Julien Playoust is anon-executive director of Tatts Group Ltd. since November 2005. His other assignments are acting as a non-executive Director of MGB Equity Growth Pty Limited, trustee and vice chairman Art Gallery NSW Foundation, chairman of Finance Committee. Julien is the chairman of the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee and the member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.

Kevin Seymour joined the company as a non-executive director in October 2006. His other assignments are acting as a chairman of Seymour Group, deputy chairman of Ariadne Australia Limited. He is a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee; Member Governance and Nomination Committees of Tatts Group Ltd.
